The Outer Space Treaty (1967) agreed to by all countries
and reaffirmed in a1999 UN vote (138-0, the US abstaining) calls for outer
space to be reserved for “peaceful purposes” and proclaims
that it is to be the “common heritage” of all countries.
It is the mission of Citizens for Peace in Space to work
with peace loving citizens around the globe for a peaceful use of space
